Return & Refund Policy

The 14-day promise

We want you to love your couture press-on nails. If your set is the wrong size or damaged on arrival, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — your choice — within 14 days of delivery.

Before you order: measure your fit

To guarantee the perfect fit, we strongly recommend consulting our Size Guide before ordering. Most fit issues can be avoided by matching your nail widths to the correct size.

How to request a return or refund

1. Email us at hello@metaxnails.com or message us on WhatsApp (+86 132 5675 3133) within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
3. We'll review and reply within 48 hours with next steps.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Reimbursement time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exclusions

• Used sets beyond the reuse wear period, or damage caused by misuse, are not covered.
• Custom-made (OEM/ODM) and personalized orders are non-refundable unless defective on arrival.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos (including the outer packaging) so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
